I hope this note finds each of you safe and well. We face challenging times as we pull together as a community to protect one another from the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our first priority at Nvoicepay is the safety and health of our people, our customers, and our community. Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the situation and the guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local health authorities. We will adjust to our local situation, and at this time, we have asked our employees to work from home to ensure their well-being.

As your payments business partner, we understand the importance of providing business continuity to your payment workflows. Nvoicepay’s robust business continuity plan ensures accurate and timely payments to your suppliers, and our software-enabled payments platform guarantees the continued integrity of your payments’ data, security, and availability. The systems we have in place enable us to continue payment operations and provide customer and supplier support while our employees work from home. We will adapt to the situation as necessary and our payment services will remain operable as we fulfill our commitment to you.

We have recently received requests from several customers to extend our electronic payment service with remote approval capabilities to cover additional divisions and locations as their teams also implement work-from-home processes. To support them and the well-being of their employees, we have prioritized these requests and will move expediently to add locations and services.

How is Nvoicepay responding to COVID-19?

Nvoicepay is closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation with guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local health authorities. We will adjust to our local situation and at this time have implemented these additional precautions to ensure our employees’ well-being:

  • Instructed anyone who is sick to stay home. If they are determined to have been infected with COVID-19, they are to stay home for at least 14 days.
  • Canceled all non-business critical events for the next month.
  • Installed additional hand-sanitization and disinfecting stations throughout our facilities and our cleaning crews have increased the sanitization frequency of all work surfaces.

We have activated our Business Continuity Plan as applicable to COVID-19, which includes:

  • Enabling work-from-home capabilities.
  • Providing our associates with information and best practices to prevent the spread of any illness.
  • Limiting all non-essential business travel by leveraging video conferencing technologies.
