Operations * Nvoicepay Headquarters, Beaverton, OR

The Vendor Card Number (VCN) Caller is responsible for contacting Nvoicepay vendors who have not processed the payments from their customers.  VCNs call on our customer’s behalf and speak to the Accounts Receivable Department to let them know they have an unprocessed payment and assist with payment completion.  This position requires ability to work with database information, lists and scripts. It also requires advanced oral and written communication skills; as well as ability to work within several software programs. When the VCN calls are up to date, VCN Callers assist with form verification (comparing computer read forms with the original and ensuring the information has been correctly interpreted). Successful candidates will have good attention to detail, sense of urgency and advanced service skills; payments or banking experience is helpful.
